4.1 Registration Process

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. If meme4d discovers that a User has registered multiple Accounts, all such duplicate Accounts will be closed, Balances may be forfeited, and the User may be permanently banned from the Platform. This policy applies regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or payment methods are used across duplicate Accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. meme4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

meme4d operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified Accounts. meme4d reserves the right to suspend an Account pending completion of KYC.

meme4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via a range of verified Malaysian payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is RM30, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Applicable payment methods include, but are not limited to:

• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 5–15 minutes, subject to bank processing

meme4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or suspended where meme4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any balance attributable to uncleared bonus funds will not be eligible for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

7.1 Withdrawal Limits

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

New Users may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus, the terms of which are published separately. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the meme4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one Account

• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose other than placing personal wagers
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory

All content on the meme4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of meme4d or its content and software suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of meme4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meme4d, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

meme4d's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. In such circumstances, meme4d will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as promptly as practicable.

13.2 Termination by meme4d

meme4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
